Steps
/ Method
1. First, cut kale, spinach,
and curing . And than wash it until
clean.
2. Steam the vegetable with
pan until cooked, and drain. Included sprout.
3. Wash cabbage and cut
litles.
4. Heat frying pan, and pour
oil until warm. After that fry the peanut until cooked.
5. Make a spice with mix a
friying peanut, chili, onion, salt, cumin, and brown sugar until. Pround it
until smooth use layah & muthu.
6. Pour a litle water into
spice and take vegetables and than stir.
7. Take vegetables with spice
and into the plate, showing creackers, pieces of cabbage, and sprout.
8. Pecel is ready to serve.
Tips
1.
You can use your favorite vegetable.
2.
You can give cucumber into pecel.
3.
To more delicious you can eat pecel with ketupat or rice.
4. you
can eat pecel with ice tea.
